- Global business: Today, business processes are outsourced globally and across national borders. The specialists at Bayer Business Services are therefore needed at many locations around the world. In many areas the work requires international customization. This represents a special challenge for our employees – but of course also a special opportunity.

Many development measures for the employees of Bayer Business Services are carried out jointly with the Bayer HealthCare, Bayer MaterialScience, and Bayer CropScience subgroups, which means that internationalism and diversity are fixed elements of the corporate culture.
- Branches around the world: Bayer Business Services operates at many sites around the world. Of the four regions into which Bayer Business Services has divided its business, the Europe/Middle East/Africa region is the largest. It includes 28 country groups with their own IT departments as well as service centers in Leverkusen, Copenhagen, Milan, Barcelona, and Antwerp. The North America region includes twelve principal sites. The Latin America region is managed from Sao Paulo and works with regional sites in ten countries. The Asia/Pacific market is supervised by 436 employees who are responsible for 14 countries.
